These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the brt4d platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using brt4d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use brt4d. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and we employ verification procedures to enforce this.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. brt4d will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or WhatsApp.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
Using automated betting scripts, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or engaging in match-fixing and arbitrage betting are all strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and brt4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an account on brt4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: brt4d uses electronic identity checks and document verification to confirm a Player's age. If we are unable to verify that you are 21 or older, your account will be suspended and any balance will be held pending satisfactory verification. 21+ Only.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. If brt4d identifies that a Player controls multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. This includes accounts registered using a family member's or friend's personal details.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name (matching your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. brt4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from a failure on your part to keep your credentials secure. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. brt4d reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts or to close the account and transfer any remaining real money balance to the Player after a reasonable notification period.
brt4d is committed to maintaining a secure and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we reserve the right to request identity verification at any stage, and we require it before processing withdrawals above Rp 500.000.
Standard KYC verification is completed within one (1) business hour during operational hours (08:00 – 23:59 WIB). Complex cases may take up to three (3) business days. Withdrawals will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All deposits on brt4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following policies apply to all deposit transactions:
brt4d targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for standard withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours. Withdrawals are credited to the Player's nominated bank account or e-wallet within the following timeframes:
brt4d reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms; (c) an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met; or (d) the withdrawal would bring the account balance below the minimum required to cover pending bets.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by brt4d are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
New Players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rp 20.000.000. The following conditions apply:
Points earned through the brt4d Loyalty Program are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the programme. Points expire if an account remains dormant for 90 consecutive days. Tier status is reviewed on the first day of each calendar month.
Bonus Abuse: brt4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusive play, and systematic exploitation of promotions. Any Player found to be engaging in these activities will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

All bet types including bandar bola (Asian handicap), mix parlay (accumulator), and voor bola (goal handicap line) are governed by the specific sport rules published in the Platform's Rules section.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are drawn from officially published pools. brt4d is not responsible for delays or alterations to draw schedules caused by the pool operator.
All slot games and live casino products operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results for any individual session. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays.
A bet will be voided, and the stake returned, in the following circumstances: (a) an event is cancelled or abandoned; (b) a match result is declared void by the relevant governing body; (c) a technical error affects the integrity of the market; or (d) the bet was accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through brt4d's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body mutually agreed upon by both parties.
